Also. I’m going to do a new listing. The owner of this place said they are willing to fix it up once I find a buyer. I need to make a rendering of this layout but change: Make floors driftwood  Make walls white  Stainless steel appliances in kitchen  Bathroom will look upscale. 

Add an additional bathroom for that will be directly next to the current bathroom if possible.

I will draw a picture and email it to you.  I will be using the same contractor!

Please reduce office/study from 10'6 wide to 7'6 wide

Add 3 feet to bathroom going into the study. There should be a bath tub in the bathroom closest to the hallway (Check the drawing I sent you).

Also, for the kitchen layout, it will remain the same layout it currently is. I labeled cabinets and refrigerator and sink in the last drawing I sent. 

Wood Floors - Light colored or driftwood

Add Recess Lights - Make it bright and sun filled inside

Exposed brick along hallway

Stainless steel appliances

White cabinets

Furniture is modern

3 it will be a door the you can access it from the hallway. It will be big enough for a stackable w/d

It doesn't look good. Let's Delete. The front will be facing the hallway. 

Is it possible to just write W/D? in that space and not place it in the sketch? IF you think it looks bad with the W/D, just don't put anything there at all.

Also, can you make the floors lighter?

Almost 100%! Perfect!! Just want to lighten the floor is possible. If it's not possible, this one will work!

Can you make count top where sink is to be white?

Also stools should be white as well. I want to make it look as light as possible. 

If too much to ask, this will work. You did an awesome job already!!
