We require a rendering for a hotel that is being renovated in Winnipeg

Please see attached. Please update the rendering to suit the viewing angle and the new colors.

Please adjust the lighting on the left side - too dark - cannot have the building elevation in the shade like that. 

Also the cars on the right side of the bldg. do not look good - too dark and there should be no fuzziness around them ie. they do not look sharp like the other cars.

Also need to add a few people.
