Good morning, Russell White gave me your contact information. I was looking to get some renderings for a project currently under construction with a delivery date 30 days out. It’s about to be listed for sale and I wanted to provide renderings on the listing how it would potentially look. What do you need to get started, and can you give me an idea of pricing and timing?
Only interior views. It’s only two levels so main level and bedroom level. I’m trying to see what type of finishes, you’d need that too right?

Can I send you finished properties of two other homes that the developer did? Points of view would be kitchen, living room/dining room/entryway. Master bedroom, one bedroom and maybe the upstairs hallway viewpoint of all bedrooms and bathroom peeking. Maximum about 5 view points. I’ve never done this before so excuse my inexperience.
Here is the last development they did. I'm going to send another one as well.
The listing has 56 pictures, there were some bedroom pictures as well.
The rooms with furniture are virtual pictures not real furniture. Quick question, will I be able to tweak them after I show them to my client if needed?

Can we make the beds smaller. Those big beds make the rooms look very small. Also eliminate the unique light fixtures and have everything as recessed lighting. Minimize some of the extra art and mirrors that are too busy.
Let me just check with the seller to make sure they look ok to him.
