Renderings interior and exterior remodeling

I received your info and I'm interested in getting a quote to do a rendering for a house that I will be the realtor for. It's in the demolition phase right now and I want to begin marketing it within the next 30 days or so. What info do you need in order to quote me a price?

Sorry for the delay.  Can you do interior renderings as well? I want to price out doing the whole interior if possible?

I’d like to get the front of the house, the rear, the living room and kitchen, master bedroom and the basement. If you could let me know how much that would be, that’d be great!

Ok. Let’s do it. How do we get started?

Yes, it is a remodel of an existing home. 

Coffered ceilings, shrubs in front, 

Exterior will be white with black windows and trim (I'll send you examples), 

Wood decking on front porch ceiling (roof). 

Large Picture windows in front of the house. 

The cabinets can be white, but the floors will be dark. They just want the two to be opposite (I'll send pics).

There will now be a deck above the front porch. Also add a ceiling fan on the front porch

That deck will be the same size as the porch. It will take up the whole top of porch. So there needs to be more railing.

So I’d like to confirm that I need the rendering pics in higher resolution, so that I can place them on the site we use to sell houses (they also require a higher resolution) and also for the sign above. How much will this cost to get this done?  20$/ view
