Can you also show the top of the amenity area over the parking as green colour. It is proposed to be a landscaped deck over the parking garage. 

All apartment buildings should be 6 stories in height from top of amenity area. L shaped building is 6 stories facing amenity but 7 stories on east side.

can you additional existing context behind the site. There are some taller buildings there.

Please remove one storey from the height of the  apartment next to the L shaped apartment please.

Looks good to me Mauro but please reduce height of apartment next to L shaped apartment by one storey and can you add some context of existing buildings beyond the back of property.

I like the aerial view from the south but the street views look poor.

Can you recommend any street views that might work?

Also can you set the aerials in context ie google maps?

I think t looks good. Perhaps contrast the colour of the townhouses. Maybe use a beige for the towns and green for apartments.

Perhaps we should then keep this theme throughout.

Ok,  but just a few points.

Do you have time to set the front and rear aerial views in context. They do not need as much detail.

If you can have one or 2 street views that would be good too but the 2 aerials are definitely needed for tomorrow.

I would not show balconies from the 3 storey urban towns looking onto the street or reduce per my rendering I sent.

Ok great. Just send me the 2 aerials attached in the same colour scheme and we are done.
