New rendering for a model house

Fast and cheep 3d rendering project proposal for real estate

I was hoping to get a new rendering made by you of a different model and color. I have attached the building plans so you can see the front and side elevations, also below is a picture of the colors we are trying to copy. Blue siding, dark blue shutters, white stone front porch. • Can the shutters be more dark blue instead of black. Also a "board and batten" style

• door knob. Nickel

• Front side of steps white

• less brown in the stone, mostly gray and white
